企业微信截图_20231214142743Continuous calcium formate production process: Formic acid (concentration 8%~30%) is added to the reactor; then calcium carbonate (concentration 95%) is added under continuous stirring. After adding calcium carbonate, the mixture reacts at a certain temperature. Then, calcium hydroxide (purity 91%) is added to adjust the pH of the resulting calcium formate aqueous solution. After further stirring until the reaction ends, the reaction solution is filtered and sent to the conditioner. The conditioned solution is divided into two parts: one part is adjusted to the appropriate pH and then filtered again before being sent to the feeder; the other part is mixed with the mother liquor, separated by a centrifuge, and the mother liquor is sent to the evaporator for continuous evaporation. The crystals are dried to produce calcium formate.
