Industrial Grade Diethylene Glycol DEG Raw Material for Unsaturated Polyester Resin & Coatings,
,

Diethylene Glycol (DEG) is a colorless, odorless, transparent viscous liquid, which is a key aliphatic diol raw material widely used in the synthesis of unsaturated polyester resins, alkyd resins and various coating systems. It features excellent hydrophilicity, good reactivity with dicarboxylic acids and stable molecular structure, making it ideal for adjusting resin flexibility, gloss and adhesion performance. When added into polyester formulation, DEG can effectively reduce resin brittleness, improve the elongation rate of cured coating film, and enhance the bonding force between coating and metal, plastic or concrete substrates. Our industrial grade diethylene glycol has strict control on moisture content, purity and impurities, ensuring stable viscosity and consistent reaction speed during resin polymerization. It is widely adopted in architectural coatings, anti-corrosion paints, putty and surface coating raw materials. Packed in standard export steel drums or IBC totes with leak-proof design, the product can withstand long-distance ocean shipment and avoid leakage risk. We maintain continuous production capacity and sufficient inventory to serve resin factories, coating manufacturers and global chemical traders with stable bulk supply, and we can provide complete COA, MSDS and all required export documents for customs clearance.
