Zinc Stearate (CAS 557-05-1) is a white fine powder metal soap widely used as heat stabilizer, lubricant and release agent in plastic and rubber processing. It is particularly effective in PVC, polystyrene, polyolefin and rubber compounding systems, where it improves thermal stability during processing, reduces friction between polymer molecules, and prevents adhesion to mold surfaces. Our zinc stearate has stable zinc content, low free fatty acid, fine particle size and good dispersibility, helping to improve resin flow, surface finish and production efficiency. It is commonly applied in rigid PVC pipes, profiles, injection molding products, rubber hoses, seals and automotive rubber parts. The product is packed in 25kg bags or palletized for bulk shipment, suitable for plastic factories, rubber compounding plants and polymer additive distributors.
