Principle of Tank Nitrogen Sealing:Maleic Anhydride.
A nitrogen sealing system is installed on the tank to maintain the tank’s headspace pressure at approximately 1.2KPa. When the headspace pressure exceeds 1.4KPa, the nitrogen sealing valve closes to stop nitrogen supply; when the pressure drops below 0.8KPa, the valve opens to supplement nitrogen. This prevents air from being drawn into the tank, avoiding the formation of explosive gas mixtures.
The nitrogen used in the tank sealing system should have a purity of no less than 99.96%, and the nitrogen pressure should be 0.5~0.6MPa.Maleic Anhydride.
