Shandong Pulisi Chemical’s boss Meng Lijun just joined the Yan Yuan Entrepreneurs Club’s “Central Asia Business Mission” in snowy Almaty.
The group (made up of chemical, trade, and infrastructure folks) met local companies, officials, and business groups to hash out real stuff: cross-border logistics, chemical material partnerships, and how to get into the market. Early chats already got both sides excited about working together.
“This isn’t just a visit—Central Asia’s got tons of untapped potential,” Meng said. “We’re not just networking; we want to build supply chains, launch joint projects, and actually create value together.”
The mission’s only a week long, but they’re already planning follow-ups to turn these talks into solid, long-term partnerships.
