At a dosage of only 0.06%, it achieves a 12% water reduction rate and 23% strength growth, outperforming commercially available ordinary pumping agents;
At 0.1% dosage, its performance exceeds that of general naphthalene-based and melamine-based high-efficiency water reducers;
Below 0.14% dosage, the superiority in workability is not significant;
Above 0.20% dosage, concrete workability and pumpability reach an excellent level.
Optimal recommended dosage: 0.12–0.24%.For high-strength concrete, concrete with high-volume fly ash/slag powder, or concrete with special requirements, dosage can be increased to over 0.3% (but generally not exceeding 0.5%). Tests show that at 0.5% dosage, concrete does not experience cohesion loss or aggregate-paste segregation, water reduction rate continues to rise, but air content increases, setting is delayed, and strength decreases slightly.
