It can work together with antimony trioxide, ATH, magnesium hydroxide and other flame retardants to significantly boost flame resistance, effectively suppress dense smoke and eliminate afterglow during combustion. Its thermal decomposition temperature reaches around 290°C, suitable for high-temperature plastic extrusion and injection molding processes without decomposition or foaming during processing. This product features fine particle size, good dispersion, high whiteness, and will not affect the color and mechanical properties of finished plastic products. It is widely adopted for cable sheath, electrical plastic housings, plastic pipe, PP sheet and halogen-free flame retardant plastic compounds. Packed in 25kg lined woven bags or 1000kg ton bags, stable supply for plastic compounding factories, cable manufacturers and global chemical distributors. We can provide COA, MSDS and full export documents for customs clearance.
