EVA Resin, full name Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer, CAS No.24937-78-8, is a thermoplastic copolymer polymerized by ethylene and vinyl acetate monomers, supplied in translucent natural pellets. Its core performance is determined by vinyl acetate (VA) content. Common specifications cover VA 18%, 28%, 33% and 40%. Higher VA content brings better flexibility, adhesion, transparency and low-temperature toughness. Compared with ordinary PE, EVA features lower crystallinity, excellent filler compatibility, outstanding impact resistance and superior heat-sealing property.
We provide multiple industrial grades including foam grade, hot melt adhesive grade, film extrusion grade, wire & cable grade and injection molding grade. All products are virgin material without recycled impurities. Strict quality inspection is carried out on melt flow index, VA content, ash content and volatile substances. Every batch is accompanied with official COA to guarantee stable and consistent physical indicators for continuous mass production.
EVA resin supports diversified processing technologies such as extrusion, injection molding, foaming, calendering and compounding. It is widely adopted for hot melt adhesive raw materials, foam shoe soles, packaging heat-seal films, agricultural greenhouse films, wire and cable insulation layers, toy manufacturing, solar encapsulation film and polymer modification additives.
Standard export packaging is sealed 25kg woven bags with inner liner, avoiding moisture and pollution during long-distance ocean transportation. We maintain sufficient inventory to support long-term bulk orders for plastic processors, adhesive factories and global chemical distributors. Complete documents including MSDS, COA and customs certification can be provided to simplify import clearance. Pre-order sample testing, flexible delivery cycles and grade recommendation service are available to satisfy different manufacturing requirements worldwide.
