Driven by the mentality of buying up instead of buying down, the purchasing enthusiasm of downstream and traders of baking soda significantly improved in early November. Many baking soda manufacturers queued up for delivery, and the overall inventory of the industry decreased, which also gave some impetus to the upward trend of baking soda prices.

In December, as market prices rose to a high level, the purchasing capacity and enthusiasm of the middle and lower reaches both weakened to a certain extent. Although the amount of baking soda used in desulfurization is relatively stable, and the operating load has recovered after the continuous increase in coke prices, the amount of baking soda used may be further improved. However, at high prices, users tend to purchase on demand.

In addition, the demand for baking soda in the winter feed additive industry has decreased. It is reported that after the price of baking soda is high, the amount of baking soda added will be reduced as appropriate.
