2. Sodium Formate Purification
The mixed gas from the gasifier enters a cyclone dust collector to remove most of the entrained solid particles. It then passes through a water scrubber, where water is used as the washing liquid to further remove solid particles. Next, it enters an alkali scrubber, where sodium hydroxide solution serves as the circulating absorbent to remove part of the carbon dioxide.
